THE “FEELING” MATTERS

Dearly beloved in the Lord,
These are actually trying times for relationships. Affairs, breakdowns and separations abound. Many are in pain because of this but are not really aware of the causes. Many simply blame the devil for all that happened and live the rest of their life in loneliness and tears. Many jump into another relationship with unresolved issues and end up recommitting the same mistakes that damaged the earlier one.
Today I want to share a matter that many people point to as something that decides which way the relationship will go – “The way you make your partner feel”. This plays a vital role in building a strong, lasting connection. While love is the foundation, emotional support, respect, and appreciation are the pillars that sustain it.
An interesting fact is that this is an area where a major percentage of women fail to do the right thing because they think men don’t really have or care about “feelings”. But men, just like women, have emotional needs. They want to feel valued, respected, and understood. When a man feels emotionally safe and accepted in a relationship, he becomes more open, communicative, and committed.
Affirming your man through words, gestures, and actions can make a powerful difference. A simple compliment, genuine encouragement, or expressing gratitude for his efforts can boost his confidence and deepen his emotional bond with you. Respecting his opinions, supporting his goals, and being present during challenging times shows that you are a true partner.
Moreover, when a man feels loved and supported, he is more likely to reciprocate with the same care and devotion. This creates a positive cycle of mutual appreciation and emotional security. Ultimately, how you make your man feel isn’t about catering to ego—it’s about nurturing a connection where both partners feel seen, valued, and emotionally fulfilled. The emotional climate you create together shapes the strength and longevity of your relationship.
Think. Correct course if necessary. Stop sinking. Stay strong.
Loads of love and lots of prayers
